1. Choose New Support Ticket.



2. Specify email, subject, nature of service, contact number. requester category, section/department, and description of service required.



3. Attach a file if deemed necessary.






4. You may check the status of the ticket lodged. 







5. See your lodged ticket list by clicking on Tickets. Click on each ticket to view the current progress status.






6. Reply to the ticket from the interactive interface.







7. Progress can be tracked from your Gmail account as well. 








8. You can close the ticket when the issue has been resolved by the agent and verified by you.







9. Fill in the Satisfaction Rating afterwards.




10. Give your remarks.
